Quotations, production timelines, and pricing are confirmed through our team and may change based on final specifications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and artwork you submit, including names, designs, and other content printed on cards.

You represent that you have the rights to any logos, images, or content you provide for printing. Production proceeds only after the relevant details are confirmed.

The SmarTech CardStudio site, including its design, text, and branding, is owned by SmarTech Solutions Philippines Inc. and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

You retain ownership of the artwork and content you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to process and fulfil your order.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to produce unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent materials.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, and content on the site is for general information only.
